30 Days Refund Policy
We are offering 100% refund if our software is not as per mentioned in the product description or in the demo video as per following condtions.
- This policy is applicable on every eligible order after 17-01-2022.
- Customer should raise the refund claim within 30 days from purchase date.
- Claim will be accepted on our claim form only.
- Once claim filed, A resolution ticket will be raised where you must prove that claim is genuine.
- Proof will be accepted in the image, video and text formats only.
- Our team will guide on ticket and you should reply on ticket within 72 hours from received.
- If you will be failed to respond our ticket within given time frame then your claim will be rejected. No further claim will be accepted.
- Resolution process will takes time up to forty five business days from claim raised date.
- Claim will be filed if any two major features mentioned in the product description or in the demo video are not available with received software.
- Our first priority to provide you the features those are missing with received software. if we will able to provide you the missing features within 45 days from claim raised then no refund will be processed.
- If we will be failed to provide you the resolution within 45 days from raised claim, your refund will be approved.
- Upon approval of refund your amount will be credited back to your payment mode within 30 business days from approval date.
- Claim will not be accepted if reason is beyond above mentioned the terms and conditions.
