Our products are delivered as cloud-based software services (Software as a Service – SaaS). Because no physical goods are shipped and access is granted immediately upon purchase, traditional returns do not apply.

Where offered, we encourage customers to use any free trial or demo period to evaluate the software before making a purchase. This allows you to confirm that the solution meets your business requirements.

All subscription fees are non-refundable once access to the software has been provided.

• This includes monthly, annual, and multi-year subscription plans.
• Partial refunds are not issued for unused time, downgraded plans, or early termination of service.

Refunds may be considered only in the following limited circumstances:

• Duplicate or accidental charges
• Billing errors caused by our system
• Failure to provide access to the service due to a verified technical issue on our side

Any approved refund will be processed back to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team.

• Cancellation stops future billing cycles.
• Access to the service will continue until the end of the current paid billing period.
• No refunds are issued for the remaining subscription period.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to notify customers in advance.
