Lifetime Support Policy
- Lifetime support is valid till life of a system where software is installed.
- One issue will be accepted at a time.
- Ticket/Email will be major support medium.
- Limited chat support is available for user.
- Call support is not available for lifetime user.
- Ticket or e-mail will be replied within 48 to 96 hours. However it may be longer.
- Our support will be available from Monday to Friday from 10am to 6pm.
